  The WORST Customer Service on the Coast. We have dealt with Bones on numerous occasions over the last 2 years and every single time we have had to chase them to to get work completed. This last dealing with them it has taken 6 weeks to replace a unsafe gas cooker (after leaving my family waiting for 6 weeks) Now they have left our house with a nonfunctioning cooktop due to incomplete parts - taking no responsibility and blaming the supplier. Currently still waiting, living with no stove, we have not heard from Bones constantly chasing them, as to when the cooktop will be fixed.
  I was advised yesterday by one of their Managers if I don't speak nicely to him 'it will take longer to fix'...
